In response to the increasing health risks from climate change, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has collaborated with partners to develop a toolkit to equip health and care workers with the knowledge and skills to communicate about climate change and health effectively. The toolkit is designed to help fill gaps in knowledge and action among health and care workers, including those in academic, management, and scientific roles. The aim is to empower health and care workers to discuss climate change and its health implications, which is particularly important given their recognised trustworthiness and efficacy as health communicators.
