Climate-ADAPT will host a Zoom webinar on 21st March 2024 12:30- 1:45 pm (GMT+1) to present the risk data hub vulnerability dashboard. Measuring disaster vulnerability is a core component of climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction. The DRMKC Risk Data Hub is a multi-hazard geo-portal that hosts, curates and disseminates data, tools, and methodologies for risk assessment. It is also an authoritative loss and damage database at the European level.
In the latest lunchtime webinar of the Mission Adaptation Series, attendees will hear an overview of the main functions of the Risk Data Hub Vulnerability Dashboard, including the indicators selected to measure the different dimensions of vulnerability and their evolution over time.
The Climate-ADAPT website also hosts useful links and resources for the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, including manuals for stakeholder engagement and risk assessment and links to previous webinars such as Spotting the risk of maladaptation together.
