Lloyd’s Register Foundation is hosting a free webinar with the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction at 1-2pm on 26th June 2024. The webinar will discuss insights from the latest World Risk Poll Resilience Index edition, launched on 19th June 2024. The Resilience Index is based on approximately 147,000 interviews conducted in 142 countries during the second half of 2023, providing a unique data resource for understanding the resilience and vulnerabilities of countries and communities worldwide. The webinar will feature an international panel of disaster risk reduction and resilience experts who will explore how global levels of individual, household, community, and societal resilience have changed since the previous Resilience Index 2022. The World Risk Poll Resilience Index offers a comprehensive assessment of resilience at a global level and provides regional and demographic granularity to ensure that no one is left behind.
