Sustainability West Midlands has launched a new guide, developed in collaboration with the Environment Agency and Associate Mike Peverill, Weathering the Storm for Agriculture: A practical guide for farmers and land managers.

The guide, whilst primarily designed for those living in the West Midlands, has applications for farmers across the UK, and intends to enable farmers and land managers to become more prepared and resilient to extreme weather and climate change. The guidance and accompanying checklist for farmers and land managers offer a practical approach to understanding risk, assessing vulnerability, and understanding and preparing for impacts.
