The LINKS project aims to improve European disaster resilience using social media and crowdsourcing (SMCS) in disasters. The project provides various resources related to the Resilience Wheel, including videos, infographics, and scientific publications. This visual model combines institutional drivers with using SMCS for disaster management. The Resilience Wheel is intended for practitioners, policy and decision-makers, researchers, and businesses who want to understand the impacts and challenges of technology in disaster resilience.
