There will be a ROADMAP2 webinar on 22nd March 2024 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The webinar will provide a platform for exchanging ideas on good communication in civil protection with recent examples of good practices. The webinar is related to the upcoming ROADMAP2 project flash report on good communication practices in civil protection. The primary focus of the webinar will be on practices that enhance the accessibility and comprehensibility of risk and crisis information for people with different needs and preferences. It will also cover practices that help to overcome the barriers to reacting appropriately to risk or crisis information. Examples of these practices may include effective warnings or instructions during disasters, risk awareness campaigns, and novel communication tools or procedures adopted in disaster risk management.
