The latest webinar from the Emergency Planning College Lessons Digest series, ‘Learning to Read Risks’, is now available online. This third episode features a keynote from Mark Birrell, Deputy Head of National Risks, Cabinet Office Resilience Directorate, followed by a review of the central analysis on learning to read risks from Lianna Roast, Head of Thought Leadership at the EPC. The webinar included the following guest speakers:
