The UK Parliament Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy has launched an inquiry to identify the primary risks and vulnerabilities to UK economic security. The Joint Committee aims to assess the risks and vulnerabilities, scrutinise current powers and capabilities for economic intervention on national security grounds, enforce economic deterrence measures and enhance economic resilience.
The committee invites submissions from those who can provide evidence relevant to the inquiry’s objectives outlined in the Call for Evidence. The deadline for submitting evidence is 5th January 2024.
