The House of Commons Committee of Public Accounts has published its fourth Inquiry report on its investigation into the ongoing delays to the delivery of The Emergency Services Network programme which began in 2015.

The report sets out clear findings relating to the ongoing costs, severe risks associated with the programme, and apparent complacency in the Home Office – the department responsible for programme delivery. The full report sets out six recommendations, including recommendations on programme planning and obtaining an assessment by an Independent Assurance Panel.
