PortWatch is a collaborative innovation between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the University of Oxford; it is an online platform for monitoring and simulating disruptions to maritime trade caused by extreme climate events and other shocks. The platform serves as a tool for policymakers and the general public for assessing the impact of present and future supply chain disruptions and the wider impacts in the affected countries.
