Councils across England are calling on Government for greater support to enable them to prepare and respond to the risk of climate change to enable them to effectively protect residents and vulnerable communities at risk.
“The impacts of climate change are going to intensify into the future and councils are warning people and places will be left increasingly vulnerable without further preparation.”
