The Policy Exchange has published a new White Paper “A Matrix for Measuring & Delivering Placemaking Quality” Authored by Ike Ijeh with Foreword by Rt. Hon Michael Gove MP.
The foreword sets the scene to explain that effective placemaking is about creating communities, with the paper proposing a new matrix for measuring the tangible and intangibles of place making. In turn, these intangibles are intrinsic to community resilience and preparedness, such as social capital. The Foreword concludes to describe this paper as “a detailed instruction manual for how we can create the good places of the future”
