The Bank of England has published Consultation paper 26/23 ꞁ FCA consultation paper 23/30 issued jointly by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Bank of England (Bank) (collectively ‘the regulators’). It sets out the proposed rules and accompanying expectations for critical third parties (CTPs) to manage potential risks to the stability of, or confidence in, the UK financial system that may arise due to a failure in, or disruption to, the services that a CTP provides. The closing date for consultation responses is 15th March 2024.
